The DMU 60 eVo Linear is a powerhouse of both speed and accuracy in 5-axis milling. RX Industries configured this cell with DMG's FD function, a 1,200rpm Vertical Turning C-Axis for true mill/turn capability and 24 Schunk Vero-S precision-balanced pallets outfitted tombstones, pyramids vises, and chucks.

The NTX 2500/1500 has 11 axes of milling and turning with over six feet of bed length, a 20,000 rpm B-Axis milling/turning spindle with 72 pockets of tools, and a lower turret with live tooling for extra-fast, extra precise pinch turning and profit milling.
We equipped this with an automatic bar feeder, together with an integrated automatic part unloader for a very high degree of automation.

The DMU-50 Third Generation is our workhorse milling machine. This simultaneous five axis powerhouse features a 20,000 RPM Spindle and an 800 rpm C-axis for basic mill-turning. We typically use a four-sided tombstone with eight vises for high spindle uptime.

Our new, DMG-Mori NLX-2500/700 turning center is equipped with a 12-station Built-in Motor Turret (BMT) and 10k RPM milling capabilities. We chose the LNS bar feeder and use a Universal Robotics 6-axis Collaborative Robot for automatic machine loading and unloading. The UR Robot can be put on either of the two lathes, the DMU-50 or the VM3.

Our Swiss turning capabilities took a giant leap forward in 2023 when we put our 5-Axis Tsugami Swiss Turning Center in operation. Now we can make consistent, off-angle features without adding cumbersome manual tooling posts. Includes a 12-foot LNS bar feeder for up to 32mm diameter automatic bar stock loading.

The B-Axis tooling head can be programmed to drill/tap/profile at almost any angle. We can achieve simultaneous contouring or thread whirling with modular, quick-change cartridge spindles.

The B-Axis tooling can be used on the main or sub spindles to machine features on both sides of the part.

Our VM-3 is a heavy duty mold making vertical mill with the accuracy, rigidity, and a heavy duty table for thermal stability required for tool and die work and high precision machinery.
